Q. What is the difference between Downloads and Streaming?
A. The difference between downloading a movie and streaming is simple: Streaming allows users to watch a movie as it is sent from our servers to their computer in a close approximation to real time, with only a short buffering period to begin. Viewers are limited only by the speed of their connection and network congestion; better connection speeds allow higher quality video streams. Downloaded movies reside on the end user's PC, therefore not encountering the same connection speed limitations as streaming video although the length of time for download may vary based upon similar metrics like your connection speed and overall connection quality. Unlike streaming content, download titles require you to wait for the movie to download in its entirety to your computer (this may take a while) but the downloaded video will allow for higher quality viewing experience.

My document is not displayed correctly
The content previewer will display most documents without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, we recommend downloading the file to your computer. The native application that the file was created in may more accurately display the file's contents. If you are experiencing issues with Content Preview, you may need to upgrade flash.
